I've spent the last 20 years helping organizations get clear on what matters and how to move forward, including years spent behind the scenes helping build and run a founder-led research and strategy business.
I saw firsthand what happens as a founder's business grows. More decisions, more knowledge, more questions, and more of the day-to-day gradually find their way back to the person at the center of it.
What I loved most was helping change that—creating structure where it was needed, finding simpler ways to work, taking things off the founder's plate, and making sure the business could keep moving while they focused on the work they were uniquely there to do.
That's the perspective I bring to Intelligent Workflows, at a moment when AI is opening up entirely new possibilities for founder-led businesses.

Every engagement begins with The Listening™—a collaborative working session where I learn how your business actually works: what's going well, what keeps coming back to you, where your time and energy are going, and where you want more room.
From there, Energy Mapping™ helps us look at what gives you energy, what drains it, what you're carrying that the business could carry instead, and what might become possible if you weren't holding quite so much.
Then we identify the two or three opportunities that could make the biggest difference. We might organize the knowledge currently living in your head, rethink a workflow that keeps finding its way back to you, or use AI to help you and your team find answers, create, make decisions, and move work forward more easily.
Because getting time back is only part of it. What matters is what becomes possible when you have more room for the work only you can do.
