From there, you'll remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a treatment table as I use gentle touch to support your nervous system through Jin Shin Jyutsu.

Each session is personalized. You may also leave with simple self-help practices, wellness recommendations, or referrals to trusted practitioners when additional support would be helpful.

My goal isn't simply to help you feel better for a day—it's to help you better understand your body and feel supported in what comes next.
